Title IX Information

In accordance with Title IX, Sinton ISD is committed to providing an educational and work environment free from sex discrimination. Our district does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its programs, activities, or employment. This includes all forms of sex-based harassment, such as sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.

While the law's specific provisions for K-12 schools differ from those for colleges, Sinton ISD does not discriminate on the basis of sex in admissions or transfer requests.

The district has designated and authorized the following employee as the Title IX Coordinator to address any concerns or inquiries.

How to File a Report

Any individual can report sex discrimination or harassment at any time. Reports can be made through mail, phone, or email. During Sinton ISD business hours, reports can also be made in person at the address listed above. Upon receiving an allegation, the Title IX Coordinator will promptly respond in accordance with board policies.
