Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

On-Line Transcript Request

Information will be released to you as soon as possible. Most transcript requests will be processed within 10 working days or less. A photo ID will be required for the release of all transcripts. You may take a picture and upload your photo ID here or you may present it at the time of pickup. A requestor will be notified if a transcript request will take longer than 10 days to process.
