SINTON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed proposals will be received by the Sinton Independent School District (“District”) until Monday, April 29, 2024, until 2:00 PM, at which time sealed proposals will be opened in the District’s administration office.  Proposals not received by the deadline specific herein or that do not comply with the proposal requirements will not be considered.  Sinton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informality in the proposals.  A Proposal Packet containing instructions applicable to this process will be available in the District’s Administration Office located at 322 S Archer, Sinton, Texas 78387 during regular business hours or may be requested by contacting Kristin Howard, at khoward@gallaghertx.com.  For additional details, contact the District superintendent’s office in person during regular business hours, or call Rene Sepulveda, Project Manager at (214) 215-5474.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the Sinton ISD Administration Office at 322 S Archer, Sinton, Texas 78387.

Competitive sealed proposals are being requestedfor Asbestos Abatement at the Old Sinton High Schoool and Ag Building located at 400 N Pirate Blvd.  Competitive sealed proposals must be marked “ATTENTION: SUPERINTENDENT DR. ANDY REDDOCK – PROPOSAL FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROJECT – DO NOT OPEN.”
