Texas Education Agency is responsible for the identification and recruitment of all eligible migratory children in the state as required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110, Title 1, Part C). Sinton ISD is required to follow the requirements established for identifying and recruiting eligible children and building relationships within and among communities, institutions and migrant workers and their families.
