Texas Farm Bureau's "Farm from School"

Students in Mrs. Gray and Ms. Goodall's second grade classrooms are participating in Texas Farm Bureau's "Farm from School" program once a month this semester. Students are able to virtually visit farms and ranches right from their classrooms, in real time, and can ask questions about what they see. The program allows students to understand how agriculture relates to science, social studies, math and other topics and concepts they are studying in the classroom. This month students learned about horses and virtually visited a horse farm in the Refugio area. We can't wait to see where they will "go" next month!
